Mike Obert and Kevin Thompson have been in the virtual staffing and outsourcing industry for more than a decade. Their careers as publishing professionals have helped them blossom into the outsourcing leaders they are now.

Our History

We’ve come a long way!

With experience dating back to 2009, 032 Outsourcing knows how to leverage outsourcing and alternative staffing solutions assisting businesses scale even before its inception.

2009

Mike and Kevin take their talents to Asia

Mike and Kevin were given the opportunity to work in an offshore setting developing teams of various functions for their corporate employer.

2010

Kevin flies to the Philippines

Kevin has presented the opportunity to relocate from California for a one-year assignment to live full time in the Philippines and he did.

2012

Mike and Kevin launch their first business

Two years later, (Kevin was still on the one-year assignment living full time in the Philippines)

In 2012, Mike and Kevin launched their first business together providing publishing services to US-based publishing and media companies with their Philippine-based staff.

2014

Mike scores another business for the local community

Mike leveraged the publishing services to launch a second business, a local community-based publishing company, (Kevin was still on the offshore assignment living full time in the Philippines).

2020

Mike and Kevin are Winning with Virtual Staffing

In 2020, Mike and Kevin officially launched 032 Outsourcing. Another venture for small and medium-sized businesses to scale through virtual staffing and outsourcing solutions.

Our Proven Process

Our STOP process has been designed and tweaked over more than a decade of experience working in outsourced settings. This process is designed to ease onboarding as well as to be used regularly in assessing process flow ensuring business objectives are being met. Our goal is to take the heavy lifting off of customers and place it on our shoulders by utilizing this proven process for success.
