ABOUT KEVIN THOMPSON

Kevin Thompson is an accomplished outsourcing professional with an outstanding record of success in the niche-publishing sector. 

In 2006, Kevin had an opportunity to work for Reno Gazette, a news publishing company, as a Retail Account Executive where he was able to dive even more into the world of sales.

Then in 2007, Kevin began his publishing career working as an Advertising Sales Executive for Beckett Media. He determined client’s needs by probing and offering packages based on their advertising and marketing goals and managed multiple demanding deadlines. He also sold and maintained more than 100 accounts monthly. Then in 2010, he migrated from California to reside full-time in the Philippines because he was tasked to develop and manage his first offshore advertising team for a US-based niche media company. Over the years, Kevin has built and managed teams of hundreds of employees in outsourced and offshore environments spanning nearly every function of the publishing spectrum.

Currently, Kevin is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day service delivery and overall corporate success for Open Look Business Solutions and customers since the company’s inception in 2012 as a full-service publishing company. 

As one of the founders of 032 Outsourcing, he is committed and hands-on in the day-to-day operations of the company, by personally interviewing potential candidates before referring them to a specific client. His collective experience has truly prepared him in exploring the field of outsourcing.
