About Mike Obert

Mike Obert

Mike Obert graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business and Marketing. He began his publishing career in 1992 at United Advertising Publications in advertising sales. After finding success in ad sales, Mike was quickly promoted to sales manager where he ran a team for a few years.

He has worked for Beckett Media, where he was able to build a foundation and work his way up to top management. He was able to manage a team of 100 sales representatives globally and on top of that, he was also part of the launching of a Philippine-based call center where they were able to produce 4 Million Dollars in revenue. In 2011, the team he was handling was able to achieve 10 Million Dollars in revenue.

Back in 2009, he began developing offshore publishing solutions for a US-based niche media company out of the Philippines. With his impressive track record in the offshoring and outsourcing scene, specifically in the publishing industry, he saw this as an opportunity to establish Open Look Business Solutions with partners, which operates in Cebu City, to support the ever-changing media industry. He is in charge of driving the direction of the company towards providing innovative services to clients. Since its inception in 2012, it has opened a lot of doors for both employees and businesses.

Over the years Mike’s footprint in the Philippines created opportunities to break into other industries outside of the publishing vertical and expand services. In 2019 the discussion for 032 began developing and the plan was in motion to provide SME’s with quality remote staffing solutions in varying industries with wide-ranging skillsets.

032 Outsourcing is a virtual staffing and outsourcing solutions company headquartered in Texas, USA with Philippine operations based in Cebu City.
