Angelique graduated college with a degree in Management Accounting in one of the most prestigious schools in Cebu City and is looking for opportunities in a virtual setup. She is an entrepreneur who runs businesses with her family that are in the laundry and restaurant industry as a financial accountant. She has various work experience in dealing with US companies, through a BPO company, such as HP, Microsoft, X Box and Allied Financial. She was able to perform sales, technical support and customer service tasks.
After working in the BPO industry for 7 years, she then shifted to a virtual setup where she was able to utilize the use of software in her daily tasks, such as Zoho, Active Campaign and Salesforce. She worked under a n IT-VPN service provider as a shift lead. She also worked with an online marketing media company as a project manager. They used Zoho for client emails and different ticketing CRM, Active campaign and Salesforce. She also did outbound calls to provide good leads. It’s amazing how she was able to help these companies in a virtual setup.
She is amenable to working on a nightshift because of her experience in working with US companies. Therefore, she has to match there work schedule. She is an entrepreneur who wants to return to work as a virtual setup employee.
Her experiences in doing email marketing has greatly helped her in developing her written English skills. She rated it an impressive 9 out of 10.
When Mike asked what kind of employee is a company going to have should they decide to hire her, she said that they are going to have an employee who is a team player, multi-tasker with initiative in finding easier ways of doing business then suggesting it to her respective employers.
