For Vonage, she worked as a retention agent and for time warner, she was a customer support and technical support representative. She also worked as a sales representative for 1800 Flowers. Her most recent work experience was with 411 Locals, as a quality assurance specialist and utilized Zoho for tracking and generating data progress of agents to assist in monitoring improvements and address shortcomings. She also had an opportunity to work with a local startup company where she was able to contribute to its growth.
She is amenable to work on a night shift to match and to accommodate support remote jobs on the day shift schedule in the US. She confidently rated her written English skills an amazing 10 out of 10.
When Mike asked her what type of person is a company going to have should they decide to hire her, she replied that this company will be having a dedicated and passionate person on the team. She added that she has a flexible and and versatile skillset. She is also a fast learner with minimal supervision to no supervision at all because she loves to do self studying in order to broaden her knowledge and further hone existing skills.
